FAST Track Sales Manager

Our Sales Managers are promoted from within. However, we also recruit land-based managers through our FAST Track Sales Manager Program. As a FAST Track Manager, you will join our team as an assistant manager on a FAST track to learn Starboard’s business in order to rapidly advance into a sales manager role. The FAST Track Manager will lead our retail team members to promote and model our high-quality retailing standards. You will continuously drive maximum sales results and deliver superior quality customer service through our talented retail sales staff. The FAST Track Management program runs 8 to 12 weeks in length, depending on progression through the program. You will work side by side with an experienced retail sales manager to quickly learn our business and prepare you for a successful leadership role at Starboard.

Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading sales efforts and maintaining guest services. This role includes interacting with people in a motivating and friendly manner and setting clear expectations with others about desired results. Through open communication and consistency between values and behavior, the Assistant Sales Mangers promote teamwork and merchandise according to the strategy of the business to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Luxury Retail Boutique Manager

As a Luxury Retail Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing a luxury boutique, fully overseeing all areas of operations. The luxury retail boutique manager will promote and model high-end products by specifically marketing to targeted cruise clientele. The luxury retail boutique manager will have a proven track record of utilizing excellent customer service and sales skills.

The primary responsibility of a sales associate is to achieve and exceed sales goals through highly developed promotional and visual skills. As a Fine Jewelry Specialist, you will be responsible for selling a wide assortment of high end jewelry and luxury items in a sophisticated retail environment while demonstrating exceptional guest service and selling skills and product knowledge.

Fine Watch Specialist

As a Fine Watch Specialist, your job will consist of selling a variety of luxury watches in a sophisticated retail environment as well as demonstrating an extensive knowledge of the product and experience in a watch sales environment.

Beauty Specialist

As a Beauty Specialist, your responsibilities include selling a wide range of skincare, makeup and fragrance products as well as performing full makeovers.

Visual Specialist

The Visual Specialist has in depth understanding of visual presentation of store windows and displays and works to highlight a vendor’s collection by merchandising their entire assortment in the most visible windows.

Promotions Specialist

The Promotions Specialist will “promote” the product line and inform guests of in-store specials while professionally interacting with them and utilizing add-on selling and merchandise upgrading techniques to maximize sales. Excellent public speaking skills is a must.
