| Compensation & Benefits |
- The entry-level base salary is $500 per month, plus a team
commission program
(see FAQ's)
- Free on-board lodging; all employees are required to share
living quarters with other employees (usually 2 to a cabin,
and possibly more, in rare situations). (see
Life on Board with Starboard)
- All meals are provided on board
- Medical coverage is provided at no cost to the employee
for the duration of the contract.
- Uniforms are sized and issued prior to embarkation (see
FAQ's)
- Employee discounts for merchandise purchases while on
board
- Vacation pay after successful completion of second
contract
- Company-paid air travel expenses for renewed employment
contracts (returning within 3-month vacation period)
