The process begins on day one of your employment!

• All new hires participate in an initial comprehensive company orientation delivered by Human Resources. Topics include a company overview, our Vision, Mission, and Core Values; historic events and philosophies, policies and procedures, and organizational responsibilities.
• Once settled at your worksite, you'll experience one-on-one coaching, team meetings, roundtable workshops and on-the-job training with peer resources and your supervisor.
