SHIPBOARD TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
“Starboard offers a wide selection of training for self-development, which provides the opportunity to get promoted based on your retail experience and skills rather than the amount of time you’ve worked for the company.”
We encourage professional development for all of our employees. In order to help our employees grow professionally and further their skills and knowledge, we offer our associates access to numerous training programs and provide them with on-the-job coaching.
