Information
Starboard's Unconditional
One Year Guarantee applies to Repair, Sizing,
or Refunds of fine jewelry, fine and designer watch brands.
Sizing
Information
A copy of the Sales Receipt
is required for all sizing requests. Not providing a
sales receipt, complete customer information, or any other
documents or information required with your request will
delay processing until all information and documentation is
received.
Extra links
for watches are not available free of charge.
These must be requested by the customer directly to the
watch manufacturer .
All
sizing
must be performed through Starboard Cruise Services, Inc.,
Customer Service Dept.

Customers located outside
the USA, please complete the
CUSTOMER RETURN FORM FOR INTERNATIONAL
SHIPMENTS.
Send the completed form together
with your ring in accordance with SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
shown below.

approximately 8 – 10 weeks for standard sizing (non-inlay
rings)

approximately 12 – 14 weeks for opal inlay, mother of pearl

Repair
Information

All fine
jewelry repairs must be performed through Starboard Cruise
Services, Inc., Customer Service Dept., otherwise the 1 year
warranty is void. Fees incurred for repairs performed
outside of the Customer Service Dept process, will not be
reimbursed.
If an item becomes
defective within the one year guarantee period, we offer a
repair (free of charge) or a full refund. Most watches can
be repaired by utilizing the manufacturers warranty enclosed
with the watch. Watch repairs must include Warranty
Card and original packaging.

prior to sending the item. To expedite your
repair please fill out and print the

Send the appropriate completed return form together with your item and
your gift shop receipt in accordance with the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
