Refund Information
Starboard's Unconditional
One Year Guarantee applies to Repair, Sizing,
or Refunds of fine jewelry, fine and designer watch brands.
Occasionally a situation arises where you would like a
refund for your purchase of a fine jewelry item, or fine or
designer watch after disembarkation. If this is the
case, please keep in mind the following
when requesting a refund:

To expedite
your refund, please print the
CUSTOMER RETURN FORM.
Customers located outside the USA, please complete the
CUSTOMER RETURN FORM FOR
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
Send the completed form together with your item and copy of
the sales receipt in accordance with the SHIPPING
INSTRUCTIONS below.
Not providing a sales receipt, complete customer
information, or any other documents or information required
with your request will delay processing until all
information and documentation is received.

Our
one year Unconditional Guarantee
does not apply to Returns for damage due to buyer’s negligence.

Our
one year Unconditional Guarantee
does not apply to Returns of merchandise previously repaired
or serviced by a local jeweler or any jeweler outside of
Starboard's Customer Service Dept.

Any item
lost or stolen is not covered under the guarantee.
v
Please
allow 4-7 weeks for a refund or credit to the credit card
used to make the purchase.
